We will ship your orders to the originally stated shipping address you provided us with, not the person on it. Please make sure that your shipping address is written correctly to avoid any inconvenience.
*Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have noticed that shipping lines are experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time. Please note that delays may occur with your order so we recommend to wait patiently for extra 2-6 business days.
Under unfavorable conditions such as the high peak of demand for logistics or holiday/ festival/ disaster/ strike/ demonstration, … the shipping process may take longer than usual. However, you have our assurance that we will make every effort to ship your items to you in the shortest time frame possible.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do not hesitate to contact us demonstrating adequate proof of wrong/missing/faulty items within 3 days after you receive your parcel. Should you be eligible for a replacement, we will start manufacturing your replacement order and ship it to you completely free of charge. After 7 days since the parcel was successfully delivered, we are not able to handle any issues with your order.
All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you should contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country’s custom policies. If your parcel is disposed of because you do not do custom clearance on time, we are not responsible for this case and will not issue a refund to you.
After 12 hours when your purchase is completed, we can’t change any information about your order regarding a shipping address adjustment. You should contact us as soon as possible and keep us informed of your problem immediately. In case we fail to correct/complete your new address, please keep a close eye on your tracking number and contact your local post office to correct/complete when the package arrives there.

Normally, you can expect a shipping update on your order after 1-2 business days on the shipping website. You can see real-time updates by clicking on Track Your Order. If you do not see any activity on your tracking number after 2 business days, please email us at support@hyperfavor.com and we’ll investigate and notify you of the latest information.
You can check the shipping status of your order by clicking on Track Your Order. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking link once your order is shipped out. Please check it frequently to avoid any problems occurring during transit to you.

After producing, your items will be checked and packed thoroughly before they land on you. We all try to do it quickly to give you as soon as possible.

You will receive your favorite items anywhere you are.
A shipping situation email will be sent to you in case you want to know where your package is (Hyperfavor knows that you are concerned about it).
